Who publishes this site, and who hosts it.
The law requires us to say who stands behind a website. Here the answer fits on one line: one person, one company, and machines in Savoie, France.

GS Informatique publishes ArkiaSuite and runs the servers it lives on. It is the same company that picks up the phone when you call.

As the host of its own service, GS Informatique keeps the data needed to identify the authors of content, under the conditions and for the periods set by French law. The detail is in the privacy policy.
This site uses no cookies
No cookie, no tracker, no analytics, no call to a third-party service — not even for the typefaces, which are served from our own servers. That is why you met no banner on arrival: there is nothing to accept and nothing to refuse.
One single exception, inside your account area: your browser keeps your session token there for the life of the tab, and forgets it when you close it. That piece of information is strictly necessary for the service you asked for, it does not leave your device, and it serves no other purpose.
Intellectual property
The name ArkiaSuite, the logo, the structure of the site, its texts and its illustrations belong to GS Informatique. Reproducing them, even in part, requires our written agreement.
The typefaces used here — Spectral, Archivo and JetBrains Mono — are distributed under the free SIL Open Font License and served from our own servers.
Your personal data
What is collected, why, for how long, and what we do not do: it is all written in our privacy policy. To exercise your rights, write to contact@arkiasuite.fr. You may also refer the matter to the French data protection authority, the CNIL — cnil.fr.
Consumer mediation
Under article L612-1 of the French consumer code, any consumer may use a consumer mediator free of charge to settle a dispute with a trader out of court, after having sent that trader a written complaint that received no satisfactory answer.
Before anything else, write to us: most disagreements are settled in one conversation. If we cannot, send us a written complaint at contact@arkiasuite.fr — we answer within one month. In any event you keep the right to bring the matter before the competent courts.
