ArkiaSuite is an online service published by GS Informatique, a computer repair and maintenance business based in Frontenex, in Savoie, France. It brings together in a single account file storage, e-mail, shared documents, a calendar and phone photo backup.
What sets it apart is the hosting. The servers are neither rented nor delegated: they belong to the company and run on its own premises, in Savoie, with a backup copy on a second site in Haute-Savoie. No content is analysed, no advertising is shown, and the business model rests on subscriptions alone.
The company also lays claim to a form of support that has become rare: the person who answers the phone is the one who runs the servers. ArkiaSuite is aimed at individuals, small businesses and small public bodies.

- The servers belong to the publisher and sit on its own premises. This is neither renting from a hosting company nor subcontracting: the hardware was bought, assembled and installed by the company, which runs it itself.
- Nothing is analysed, nothing is resold. Neither the contents of files nor those of e-mails. No model is trained on them. The public website sets no cookie and carries no tracker — so it has no consent banner.
- One account for everything. A single username and password give access to files, mail, documents, calendar and photos, on computers as well as phones.
- One person to talk to. The owner answers the phone himself, during workshop hours. No voice menu, no premium-rate number.
