What are the keyboard shortcuts?

A few keys to go faster. “Ctrl + K” means: press Ctrl and, without letting go, press K.

The shortcuts

  1. Ctrl + K: search everywhere, run an action.

  2. Ctrl + 1 to 6: go to Home (1), Mail (2), the Cloud (3), the calendar (4), your tasks (5), your contacts (6).

  3. Ctrl + Shift + N: write a new message. Ctrl + Shift + T: a new task. Ctrl + Shift + E: a new event.

  4. Ctrl + B: collapse or expand the left column. Ctrl + ,: open the settings.

Good to know

  • On a Mac, use the Cmd key (⌘) instead of Ctrl.
  • Ctrl + Shift + I: ask ArkiaIA a question.
