How do I change my password?

You change your password once, on the website: the change applies everywhere, for the Cloud, mail, the calendar and photos.

Step by step

  1. Open the Change my password page on the ArkiaSuite website.

  2. Type your ArkiaMail address in Votre adresse ArkiaMail (Your ArkiaMail address) and your current password in Mot de passe actuel (Current password).

  3. Type the new password in Nouveau mot de passe (New password), then a second time in Répétez le nouveau (Repeat new password).

  4. Click Changer mon mot de passe (Change my password).

  5. If ArkiaSuite then asks for your password again, type the new one.
