How do I free up space on my phone?

Once your photos are backed up, ArkiaSuite can delete them from your phone — but only the ones it has checked, one by one, to make sure they really are on the server.

Step by step

  1. On your phone, open Photos. Below the automatic backup, find « Faire de la place » (Free up space).

  2. ArkiaSuite counts the photos already backed up and how much space you can get back.

  3. Tap Vérifier … photos (Check … photos): each photo is compared with the copy on the server.

  4. Tap Libérer … (Free up …) (it shows how many MB or GB you will get back).

  5. Android asks you to confirm and shows the photos: accept.
