How do I back up the photos on my phone?

On an Android phone, ArkiaSuite sends your new photos to the Cloud on its own, even when the app is closed.

Step by step

  1. On your phone, open ArkiaSuite and tap Photos.

  2. Under Sauvegarde automatique (Automatic backup), turn on Sauvegarder mes photos automatiquement (Back up my photos automatically).

  3. If needed, choose: En Wi-Fi seulement (Wi-Fi only), Uniquement en charge (Only while charging), Sauvegarder aussi les vidéos (Also back up videos).

  4. The backup starts: Sauvegarde en cours (Backup in progress) shows the progress. After that, each new photo is sent on its own.

Good to know

  • On iPhone, automatic backup is not available yet.
