How do I install ArkiaSuite?

ArkiaSuite installs on a Windows, Mac or Linux computer, and on an Android phone. On any other device, you can also use it in a web browser, with nothing to install.

Step by step

  1. Open the arkiasuite.fr website.

  2. Click Télécharger pour Windows (Download for Windows) (or Télécharger pour Mac (Download for Mac)). The file lands in your “Downloads” folder.

  3. Open the downloaded file: on Windows, it is called ArkiaSuite-Windows.exe. Follow the installation steps.

  4. When the installation is finished, ArkiaSuite is in the Start menu, with its red “A”: open it. The sign-in screen appears.

  5. On an Android phone: open the Play Store, search for “ArkiaSuite”, then tap Installer (Install).

Good to know

  • On Linux (Ubuntu, Debian, Mint, Fedora…): see Installing on Linux.
  • With nothing to install: open app.arkiasuite.fr in your web browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox…). You get the same account, the same messages and the same files.
  • Updates happen on their own: see how ArkiaSuite updates itself.
  • There is no iPhone app yet: use ArkiaSuite in the Safari browser.
