How do I store a password in the vault?

Each password has its own entry: the website, your username, the password, and a note if needed.

Step by step

  1. In Mon coffre (My vault), click Ajouter (Add), at the top right.

  2. In Site ou application (Website or app), type the name of the website (for example impots.gouv.fr).

  3. In Identifiant (Username), type the e-mail address or username you use to sign in.

  4. In Mot de passe (Password), type the password. To make up a strong one, click Générer un mot de passe (Generate a password).

  5. If you like, add a Note (a secret question, a customer number…). Click Enregistrer (Save).
