How do I open Mon coffre for the first time?

The first time, you choose your 4-digit code, then you keep your recovery sheet. It takes about two minutes.

Step by step

  1. Click Mon coffre (My vault) in the left-hand column.

  2. « Créez votre code à 4 chiffres » (Create your 4-digit code): type 4 digits that are easy for you to remember, then type them a second time.

  3. Right after that, your recovery sheet opens by itself (a PDF document). The « Votre feuille de secours » (Your recovery sheet) screen offers Imprimer (Print), Enregistrer sur ce PC (Save to this PC) and Rouvrir la feuille (Reopen the sheet).

  4. Print it and keep it with your important papers.

  5. Check J’ai imprimé ou rangé ma feuille de secours (I have printed or stored my recovery sheet), then click Continuer (Continue). Your vault is ready.
