I lost my recovery sheet: what should I do?

As long as you have a linked device, nothing is lost: make a new one. The old one will no longer work.

Step by step

  1. In Mon coffre (My vault), in the box « Si vous perdez votre feuille de secours ET tous vos appareils… » (If you lose your recovery sheet AND all your devices…), click Refaire ma feuille de secours (Redo my recovery sheet).

  2. Confirm « Refaire votre feuille de secours ? » (Redo your recovery sheet?) with Refaire ma feuille (Redo my sheet).

  3. The new sheet opens: print it, put it somewhere safe, check J’ai imprimé ou rangé ma feuille de secours (I have printed or stored my recovery sheet), then Continuer (Continue).

Good to know

  • As soon as a new sheet is made, ArkiaSuite no longer accepts the old one: if you find it, destroy it.
