I forgot my 4-digit code: what do I do?

Your ArkiaSuite password lets you choose a new code.

Step by step

  1. On the code screen, click Code oublié ? (Forgot your code?).

  2. Type your password in Mot de passe du compte ArkiaSuite (ArkiaSuite account password) (the one you use to sign in), then click Valider (Confirm).

  3. « Choisissez un nouveau code » (Choose a new code): type 4 new digits, twice.

Good to know

  • After several wrong codes, ArkiaSuite also asks for the account password: it’s a safety measure.
  • The code belongs to this computer: another linked device can have its own.
