How do I install the ArkiaSuite extension for Chrome or Edge?

With the ArkiaSuite extension for Chrome or Edge, your passwords are suggested and filled in on websites, after you enter your code, and the extension offers to save each new password.

Step by step

  1. On your computer, open Mon coffre (My vault). As long as the extension isn’t installed, a card offers it to you.

  2. Click Installer l’extension (Install extension): its page opens in the Chrome Web Store, Google’s extension store.

  3. Open that page in Chrome or Edge. Click the button that adds the extension to the browser, then confirm with Ajouter l’extension (Add extension).

  4. In Edge, a banner first asks you to allow extensions from other stores: accept it, then add the extension.

  5. That’s it: the card disappears from Mon coffre (My vault) on its own, within about thirty seconds at most.

Good to know

  • Plus tard (Later) silences the card for 30 days.
  • The card only appears on the computer: not on a phone, and not in ArkiaSuite on the Web.
  • Chrome doesn’t install extensions in private browsing (Incognito) or in Guest mode.
  • Without the card, the « ArkiaSuite — Mon coffre » extension page is also on the Chrome Web Store.
