Maintenance has been announced: what happens?

To keep our servers up to date and secure, we sometimes do maintenance. It is announced in advance, at the top of ArkiaSuite.

Step by step

  1. A banner at the top of the window gives the date, the time and what will be affected (for example the Cloud).

  2. Click Compris (Got it) to close it: it won’t come back for this maintenance.

  3. During the maintenance, a window in the middle of the screen reminds you: « … en cours » (… in progress), with the expected return time. Click J’ai compris (I understand). The service concerned may be slow or unavailable: nothing is lost, just wait until it’s over.

  4. When it’s over, everything comes back on its own. If something still seems wrong, close and reopen ArkiaSuite.
