I have a new computer: how do I get my things back?

Your mail, files, calendar and contacts are on our servers: they come back as soon as you sign in.

Step by step

  1. Install ArkiaSuite on the new computer.

  2. Sign in with the same address and the same password.

  3. Your mail, files, calendars, tasks and contacts appear.

  4. Redo the settings that belong to the computer itself: your other mailboxes, offline folders, sync and automatic startup.

  5. For your passwords: open Mon coffre (My vault) and link this new computer, using the old one or your recovery sheet.
