Why can’t I find my colleague?

To protect everyone, ArkiaSuite never shows the list of other accounts: you can only find someone with their exact address, or their full first and last name.

Step by step

  1. Check the address letter by letter: one dot, one dash, one typo, and nobody is found.

  2. Or type their first and last name in full, exactly as in their account.

  3. Looking for their calendar or files? They have to share them with you: nothing shows up on your side until they do (share a calendar, share a folder).

  4. Your colleague needs an ArkiaSuite account. Otherwise, use a link (file or calendar).
