How do I forward my Bbox (Bouygues Telecom) mail to ArkiaMail?

@bbox.fr e-mails are forwarded from the Bouygues Telecom app or from your customer account on the web.

Step by step

  1. Open the Bouygues Telecom app or your customer account on the web, then click the envelope at the top.

  2. Click the three-line icon on the left, then OPTIONS.

  3. In Options de messagerie (Mail options), choose Filtres automatiques (Automatic filters), then Réception automatique (Automatic receiving).

  4. In the list, choose transférer le message à l’adresse e-mail (forward the message to the email address), type your ArkiaMail address, then click Modifier (Edit).

  5. Check that it works: from another address (a relative’s, for example), send an e-mail to your old address. It should arrive in your ArkiaMail mailbox, in ArkiaSuite.

Good to know

  • If you cancel your Bbox plan, your e-mails stay available for 6 months: set up the forwarding during that time.
  • To copy your old e-mails into ArkiaMail, do it yourself in the app: Paramètres (Settings) (on a phone, Réglages (Settings)), Messagerie (Mail), Récupérer mes anciens mails (Bring over my old e-mails). Step by step.
