How do I forward my iCloud mail to ArkiaMail?

iCloud mail is forwarded from the iCloud.com website, in a web browser.

Step by step

  1. Open icloud.com/mail in a web browser and sign in to your Apple Account.

  2. At the top of the mailbox list, click the gear icon, then Réglages (Settings).

  3. In the left column, choose Réexpédition des e-mails (Email forwarding).

  4. Check Faire suivre mes e-mails à (Forward my email to), then type your ArkiaMail address.

  5. Check that it works: from another address (a relative’s, for example), send an e-mail to your old address. It should arrive in your ArkiaMail mailbox, in ArkiaSuite.

Good to know

  • The copies kept on iCloud count toward your iCloud storage.
  • If you have linked your own domain name to iCloud, its mail is forwarded too.
  • To stop: uncheck Faire suivre mes e-mails à (Forward my email to).
  • To copy your old e-mails into ArkiaMail, do it yourself in the app: Paramètres (Settings) (on a phone, Réglages (Settings)), Messagerie (Mail), Récupérer mes anciens mails (Bring over my old e-mails). Step by step.
