How do I forward my SFR mail to ArkiaMail?

SFR’s official help, which we have read, doesn’t explain any automatic forwarding from SFR Mail to another address. Here’s what you can do.

What you can do

  1. Look in the SFR Mail settings to see whether it offers forwarding. SFR doesn’t describe it in its help, so we can’t guide you more precisely.

  2. Otherwise, the SFR mailbox can be read remotely. To copy your old e-mails into ArkiaMail, do it yourself in the app: Paramètres (Settings) (on a phone, Réglages (Settings)), Messagerie (Mail), Récupérer mes anciens mails (Bring over my old e-mails). Step by step.

  3. Tell your contacts your new address, and keep the SFR mailbox open until everyone knows it.

Good to know

  • An important e-mail can be forwarded by hand: in SFR Mail, Transfert (Forwarding) is under the small arrow of the Répondre (Reply) button, or in the right-click menu of the message.
