Can I forward my laposte.net mail to ArkiaMail?

No: as La Poste says in its help, laposte.net mail doesn’t let you forward messages to another mailbox. Here’s what you can do.

What you can do

  1. Tell your contacts your new ArkiaMail address.

  2. Keep opening laposte.net from time to time, until everyone knows your new address.

  3. To take your old e-mails with you, La Poste explains how to export your data to another mail service, in its article « Comment exporter mes données laposte.net (e-mails, contacts, agenda) vers une autre messagerie ? » (How do I export my laposte.net data to another mail service?). To copy your old e-mails into ArkiaMail, do it yourself in the app: Paramètres (Settings) (on a phone, Réglages (Settings)), Messagerie (Mail), Récupérer mes anciens mails (Bring over my old e-mails).
