How do I get a file from the Cloud onto my computer?

Downloading means copying a file from the Cloud onto your computer. A folder comes down as a single .zip file.

Step by step

  1. In Cloud, right-click the file or folder.

  2. Click Télécharger (Download) (or Télécharger en .zip (Download as .zip) for a folder).

  3. On a computer, a window opens on your “Downloads” folder: click Enregistrer (Save).

  4. The progress shows at the bottom right. When it’s done, Ouvrir (Open) opens the file and Afficher dans le dossier (Show in folder) shows where it was saved.

Good to know

  • In the web browser, the file goes straight into the browser’s “Downloads” folder.
