A mailbox shows « Dossiers illisibles » (Unreadable folders): what should I do?

Most often, the password of this mailbox has changed. ArkiaSuite doesn’t keep retrying it over and over: that’s on purpose, so the mailbox doesn’t get blocked.

Step by step

  1. In Mail, under the mailbox’s name, « Dossiers illisibles » (Unreadable folders) appears with a Mot de passe de la boîte (Mailbox password) button. Click it.

  2. Type the new password for this mailbox.

  3. Click Enregistrer (Save). ArkiaSuite checks it before keeping it; if it’s right, the folders come back.

Good to know

  • If the message comes back with the right password, or if all the mailboxes in the office are affected at once, let us know: the office’s Internet address may have been blocked for security.
